Showcase Volunteers Needed!
Have you found a way to help during Showcase on 10/17 yet? We still have LOTS of opportunities that need to be filled with donations and volunteers!
Showcase is a BIG event, and it takes our whole Tribe of Pride family working together to make it happen! Whether you can donate food, volunteer at concessions, help with parking, or assist with equipment and setup, every helping hand makes a difference.

Trailers and Haulers - We Need YOU!
Showcase Trailer and Hauler Sign Up! Showcase is Saturday October 17th.
One of our biggest needs that we struggle with every year is our trailer and haulers equipment needs. We need families to volunteer utility trailer for use for the event to move equipment of visiting bands to and from the stadium. We are also in need of haulers, it can be any of the items pictured below. These need to be midsize vehicles, ATV, Gators, tractors, or Razors.
We would love for you do drive your own equipment, but understand if you are not able, and just want to volunteer the equipment for another adult volunteer to use. Please click on the sign up listed above and sign up asap, so we have time to find ways to cover any shortfalls.
Please don't forget to sign up for driving if you are able to not just loan your equipment but drive it as well.

Shout Outs are messages read during showcase. If submitted early enough, shout outs are read immediately prior to or after the band's performance. Shout Outs are $3 and can be pre-purchased here.

Are you interested in earrings to match this year's show shirt? You can purchase Spirit Earrings here. We have 10 pair available. All proceeds go to the band.
Once purchased, we'll get in touch with you to deliver the earrings at an upcoming band meeting, football game, or competition. See less

2026-2027 Sponsorship Opportunities
Do you know a company that would be willing to sponsor the band for the 2026-2027 season? There are two sponsorship opportunities available.
Purchase a Band Trailer Drum: Display your pride, memory, or business logo. Drum’s will be displayed proudly on our marching band trailer for 5+ years. Gain widespread exposure at top band events and performances! Plus, receive recognition on our social media channel & website. Drums are $250.00. Please fill out the form here and pay here to purchase a drum.
Yearly Sponsorship: Multiple sponsorship levels are available from $250 to $2,500+. Depending upon sponsorship level, sponsors receive a banner in the stadium, recognization on our website and social media site, recognition in our Showcase Program, showcase tickets, and a table at our showcase event. Yearly sponsors should complete the letter/form here.
