Chick-Fil-A Spirit Night

Join us on Wednesday, 23 Sept between 5 and 8 PM at the Chick-Fil-A off Rt 17 (Celebrate VA) for Spirit Night. A portion of all sales will benefit the SHS Band Boosters.

You can order online and pick up (just make sure to check the box that says you are supporting the band boosters), order and eat inside, or order through the drive in.

Trailers and Haulers - We Need YOU!

Showcase Trailer and Hauler Sign Up! Showcase is Saturday October 17th.

One of our biggest needs that we struggle with every year is our trailer and haulers equipment needs. We need families to volunteer utility trailer for use for the event to move equipment of visiting bands to and from the stadium. We are also in need of haulers, it can be any of the items pictured below. These need to be midsize vehicles, ATV, Gators, tractors, or Razors.

We would love for you do drive your own equipment, but understand if you are not able, and just want to volunteer the equipment for another adult volunteer to use. Please click on the sign up listed above and sign up asap, so we have time to find ways to cover any shortfalls.

Please don't forget to sign up for driving if you are able to not just loan your equipment but drive it as well.

2026-2027 Sponsorship Opportunities

Do you know a company that would be willing to sponsor the band for the 2026-2027 season? There are two sponsorship opportunities available.

Purchase a Band Trailer Drum: Display your pride, memory, or business logo. Drum’s will be displayed proudly on our marching band trailer for 5+ years. Gain widespread exposure at top band events and performances! Plus, receive recognition on our social media channel & website. Drums are $250.00. Please fill out the form here and pay here to purchase a drum.

Yearly Sponsorship: Multiple sponsorship levels are available from $250 to $2,500+. Depending upon sponsorship level, sponsors receive a banner in the stadium, recognization on our website and social media site, recognition in our Showcase Program, showcase tickets, and a table at our showcase event. Yearly sponsors should complete the letter/form here.
